Charles M. Bennett

Charles M. Bennett covers estate and trust litigation, will contests, fiduciary breach disputes, conservatorships, guardianships; estate and trust administration; estate and trust arbitration and mediation services; expert witness on estate matters and attorney ethics regarding estate matters.

Mr. Bennett is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel where he served on its Board of Regents and currently serves on its Professional Responsibility Committee.  He is a reporter for the 4th Edition of the ACTEC Commentaries,  In addition, he is an adjunct professor of law at the S. J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah.
