Robert H. Wilde

Bob Wilde practices civil litigation. He focuses his practice on prosecuting and defending employment claims including wrongful termination, discrimination, hostile environment, wage claims and overtime claims. He also litigates real property, probate, commercial and other business matters.

Bob is the past president of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly the Utah Trial Lawyers Association) and the founder and past president of the Utah Employment Lawyers Association. He was recognized as the Utah State Bar’s Labor and Employment Lawyer of the Year for 2008 and given a lifetime achievement award by the Utah Trial Lawyers Association in 2007. He is a regular speaker at continuing legal education functions and has made presentations for the National Employment Lawyers Association, The Utah Association for Justice, The Utah State Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association, and the Utah Employment Lawyers Association as well as for commercial CLE providers. He retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Air Force Reserve having served as a pilot on active duty and in the judge advocate general’s department in the reserve for more than twenty years.
