Brett N. Anderson concentrates his practice on personal injury and products liability (e.g., catastrophic injuries, toxic and mass torts, industrial accidents, failure to warn, strict liability, etc.), commercial and real estate litigation, banking and lending litigation, construction defect litigation, and general insurance defense. He has significant appellate experience before the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. He has successfully taken cases through trial and the entire appellate process.
Brett completed a one year judicial clerkship with the US Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Virginia, where he worked with Chief Judge Ross W. Krumm. Brett was previously an extern for the honorable Lawrence L. Koontz, Jr., Supreme Court of Virginia. Brett was also an extern for The Honorable Earl C. Carroll, US District Court for the District of Arizona.
He was named as a “Rising Star” for 2007 by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
